Houten fotolijstje en wekelijkse blogcandy!!

Een tijdje terug kregen wij leuke houten voorwerpen van Rayher binnen. Mijn schoonzusje was toen net in de winkel en vroeg of ik van dit boten fotolijstje iets leuks kon maken voor haar vader voor zn verjaardag.

Dit is het resultaat geworden. Op ons HobbyVision Design team blog kan je een beschrijving hiervan vinden en de materialen.

A couple of weeks ago we get some nice wooden stuff in our shop. My sister in law asked me to make something from this boat frame for her father's birthday.

This is what i made. On our HobbyVision Design team blog you can read how i made this frame and read what kind of materials i have used.

Ben nu nog zo'n lijstje aan het maken... maar nu voor onszelf op de kast, naast de Step Ladder card van de vorige blog post ;-)

Wekelijkse blogcandy bij het Marianne Design Challenge Blog!!!

Step Ladder Card

1 van de dingen die ook al heel lang op mijn to-do-list staat is een Step Ladder Card. Ik heb het patroon **HIER** vandaan.

Nu zag ik dat deze week de Challenge bij Tomic is: Make a scene. Dus nu maar de Step Ladder gemaakt voor de Challenge :)
Heb er wel héél wat uurtjes werk in zitten, maar moet zeggen dat ik zelf ook wel heel erg blij ben met het resultaat :$ Deze komt ook niet in de winkel te staan als voorbeeld, hihi, ben veel te bang dat hij kapot gaat. Hij staat nu mooi op de kast in de woonkamer :$

One of the things on my to-do-list is a Step Ladder Card. I found the pattern **HERE**. I was that the Challenge by TOMIC is this week: Make a Scene, so I have made this card for the Challenge.

Was a lot of work to make this card, but I'm very happy with the results :$

Helaas is hij op de foto lang niet zo mooi als in het echt ;-)

Het papier wat ik gebruikt hebt is van Maja Design, Life by the Sea. Verder diverse stempels van Magnolia uit de Bon Voyage Collection van afgelopen jaar.
Verder nog wat DooHickeys gebruikt, de Lovely Fence en de nieuwste vlaggetjes die gisteren bij ons binnen zijn gekomen. Had al een jute touw gespannen over de kaart... en kreeg ineens het idee om ahoy eraan te hangen :-)

De blauw/witte boei is een embellishment van Rayher. Ook heb ik de Gadget Gears van Tim Holtz nog gebruikt.
Onder langs de kaart nog wat Tule gespannen en dit vast gemaakt met Parelbrads van Rayher.

For this card I used the papers of Maja Design, Life by the Sea. The stamps are from the Bon Voyage Collection from last year.

I used some DooHickeys, the Lovely Fench and the newest Flags. We get them yesterday in our shop. I make the rope on the card and thought it was a nice idea to hang some flags with ahoy on the rope,

The buoy is an embellishment from Rayher. Furthermore i used the Gadget Gears from Tim Holtz.

On the front of the card i make some Tule and made it on the card with some Perlenbrads

Challenge: TOMIC 6 - Make a Scene

Tealight Card

Deze keer heb ik een Tealight card gemaakt. Het patroon heb ik **HIER** vandaan.

This time i have made a Tealight card. **HERE** you can find the pattern.

Het papier is weer van Maja Design uit de Fika serie. De stempeltjes zijn al oudjes van Magnolia uit de Little yummie for your tummie Collection.
De randpons is de Swirling Lace van Martha Stewart.

The paper is again Maja Design, the Fika Collection. The stamps are old one of Magnolia, the Little yummie for your tummie Collection.
The borderpunch i used is the Swirling lace from Martha Stewart.

Voor de voorkant van de kaart heb ik de grote bloem gemaakt met een Doohickey van Magnolia. Deze heb ik gemaakt met koffie filterzakjes. De andere bloemen zijn WOC flowers.
Daarachter de Decorative Elegance van Marianne Design.

Verder heb ik de stans Hardware Findings van Tim Holtz gebruikt. Deze heb ik uit Grungepaper uitgestansd en bewerkt met Vintage Photo distress inkt en Crackle Paint.

For the front of the card i have made the big flower with the Doily Flower DooHickey of Magnolia. The other flowers are WOC flowers.
Behind the flowers i used the Decorative Elegance from Marianne Design.

Furthermore I used the Bigz Die Hardware Findings. I cut this one out with Grungepaper. For the Grungepaper I used some Vintage Photo Distress inkt and Crackle Paint.

Voor de binnenkant heb ik 2 tags gebruikt, de ronde en geschulpte Nestabilities, Nestabilities labels Eightteen en de tekst is gemaakt met een stans van Tim Holtz, Upon a time.

For the inside i used 2 Kraft tags, the round and scalloped Nestabilities, Nestabilities labels Eightteen and the tekst is made with the Tim Holtz alfhabet Upon a time.

Het afdrukje is ingekleurd met Distress inkt.
I couloured all the images with Distress inkt.

Garden Tilda!!

Zoo, heb nu ook eindelijk weekend! Vandaag stond er nog eerst een dagje werken op het programma :)
Dit weekend ga ik nog even lekker aan de freubel, moet nog 4 kaarten maken voor het komende Hobbyjournaal, dus die ga ik maar eens maken :)

Heb nog wel weer een nieuwe kaart om te laten zien. Weer Maja Design, nu de Fika serie....

Voor deze kaart heb ik de stempel Garden Tilda gebruikt. Daarachter nog een oude stempel van magnolia gebruikt.
Het organzalint met de woorden Thanks erop zijn nieuw in onze winkel, die kan je hier vinden. Verder veel WOC flowers gebruikt, een anchor en Magnolia Doo Hickeys. (Tilda lace & Doily Flowers.

For this card i used the stamp Garden Tilda. Behind Tilda i used an old flower stamp from Magnolia. The organzaribbon (and lot of more ribbons) with the words Thanks on it are new in our store. Furthermore I used a lot of WOC Flowers, anchors and Magnolia Doo Hickeys (Tilda lace & Doily Flowers)

Het kant is van Marianne Design - Vintage Lace. Erachter nog een Doily van Cheerly Lynn - Tea Party Doily. De tekst is van KaiserCraft.

I used for the left side de Creatable Label and Decorative Elegance. Furthermore de Doo Hickeys Doily Flower and the Tea Party Doily of Cheery Lynn.

The lace is from Marianne Design - Vintage Lace.

The text is a clearstamp from Kaisercraft.

Voor deze kant heb ik ook nog de Multi Frame Die Heart gebruikt.
Verder nog de Medium en Large vlinderpons van Martha Stewart. Ook deze tekst is van Kaisercraft.

For the right side i used the Multi Frame Die Heart.

The butterflies are the Medium and Large Monarch Butterfly from Martha Stewart. Also this text is a clearstamp from Kaisercraft.

Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt voor het blog Deep Oceans Challenge. Het thema is daar "Card", makkelijker kan haast niet!!

Easelcard with boxes!!

Vandaag ben ik eens heerlijk een dagje vrij!! Heb vanmorgen deze Easelcard-box maar eens afgemaakt, was er afgelopen week aan begonnen.
Zag dat bij TOMIC deze week de opdracht was om een Easelcard te maken. Wilde al heel erg lang eens een Easelcard maken met luciferdoosjes eronder... dus heb dat nu eindelijk maar eens gemaakt :) (1 ding kan er dus weer van mn to-do lijst af.... die is nog steeds onwijs groot, maar daar hebben jullie vast ook wel last van :P)

Today I'm a day off! This morning I finished this Easelcard-box, i was started with tis project last week.

Saw that the new Challenge by TOMIC was to make a Easelcard. I always want to make a Easelcard with boxes under it, so i made now. This was an item on my very very long "to-do-list" :P

Paperbag with Chocotoffs :-)

Afgelopen week kregen we in de winkel de paperbags binnen, en uiteraard moest ik daar dit weekend gelijk mee aan de slag :-)

Last week we received the paperbags at our shop, and of course I couldn't wait to make something with that last weekend.

Ik heb deze paperbag gemaakt. Binnenin wat heerlijke chocotoffs ;-)

I have made this paperbag. Inside I put some chocotoffs.

De randen zijn bewerkt met distress inkt Vintage Photo, en heb er wat swirls op gestempeld.
Het scrappapier is van Maja Design uit de Life in the Country serie.
Het afdrukje (Kneeling Tilda) heb ik uitgesneden met de ronde en de geschulpte nestabilitie.

Achter het afdrukje een stukje jute band geplakt.

Onder het afdrukje nog een label, en ter versiering nog diverse bloemen, bladeren en een philosophy tags en Swivel clasps.

I decorated the edges with Vintage Photo Distress ink and stamped some swirls on it.

The designpapers are from Maja Design, the Life in the Country Collection.

I cut the image (Kneeling Tilda) out with the circle and the scalloped circle Nestabiltie.

Behind the image i put some "jute".

Under the image a label, and for decoration I used some flowers, leaves, a philosophy tag and the Swivel clasps.

Tilda with Lace Jeans

Ik heb weer een kaartje klaar....
Deze keer weer een kaartje in lekker zachte kleurtjes, gemaakt met mijn favoriete scrappapier op moment, Maja Design.

I finished a new card.
Once again a card with soft colours, made with my favorite papers, Maja Design.

Ik heb de volgende papieren gebruikt uit de Life in the Country serie:I used the next papers from the Life in the Country collection:
* Summer Breeze
* Sowing Seeds
* Close to the Lake

Het afdrukje komt uit de serie Butterfly Dreams en is de Tilda with Lace Jeans. Heb haar uitgesneden met Nestabilities Labels Ten.
Erachter zit een hartjes doily. Verder nog smal blauw rickrack gebruikt, vlinders uitgestanst met de Creatables. De blaadjes zijn ook Creatables, de LR0131.

The image is from the Butterfly Dreams Collection, Tilda with Lace Jeans. I cut her out with the Nestabilities Labels Ten.

Behind the image i used a doily heart, furthermore small blue rickrack, butterflies (Creatable LR0158) and leaves (Creatable LR0131)

Ik heb het afdrukje ingekleurd met Distress inkt en Aquamarkers om zo dicht mogelijk bij de kleur van het papier te komen.

I coloured my image with Distress ink and Aquamarkers to come as nearest by the colour from the design papers.

Tilda with Amaryllis

Ik heb weer een kaartje klaar, deze keer is het een kerstkaart geworden.
Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt voor de TOMIC Challenge - Shimmer and Pearls.
Op de roosjes en het truitje van Tilda zitten best veel glitters, maar dat zie je helaas niet zo goed op de foto...
Verder redelijk wat parels gebruikt op de kaart...

I finished my newest card, this time it's a christmas card.

I made this card for TOMIC Challenge - Shimmer and Pears.

On the roses I put a lot of stickles, also on Tilda's shirt I put a lot shimmers. You can't see it very good on the photo...

I used a lot of pearls on the card.

Het is weer donderdag, dus weer tijd voor een nieuwe MD Challenge.

Tilda gone Fishing

Ik heb deze keer een kaart gemaakt met het super leuke stempeltje Tilda gone Fishing.
Vond het Maja design papier Life by the Sea er wel heel erg goed bijpassen.

For this time I used the lovely stamp Tilda gone Fishing. Think it's a perfect match with the papers Maja Design Life by the Sea.

Voor de versiering heb ik dit keer niet super veel bloemen gedaan, vond dat niet echt passen bij dit stempeltje. Een paar roosjes van Prima Marketing vond ik meer dan voldoende.
Daar achter wat parelstrengen gedaan.
Een wit kant, een blauw geblokt lintje, stukje tule en wat maritiem embellishments.

Achter de bloemen heb ik nog een stans van Tim Holtz gebruikt, de Gadget Gears.
Het afdrukje heb ik uitgesneden met de Nestabilities, labels Four.

For the decoration i didn't used a lot of flowers, thought it wasn't a good combination by this stamp. A couple of Prima Marketing roses are enough.
Behind the roses I used some pearls.
A white lace, blue ribbon, tule and maritiem embellishments.
Behind the roses I used a die of Tim Holtz, de Gadget Gears.
I cut the image out with the Nestabilities, labels Four.

Hier ben ik weer met een nieuwe kaart...en ja hoor... weer 1 met het Maja Design papier.

Here I'm back with a new card...and yes... it's again with the Maja Design papers.

Ik heb de comboset Vintage Lace van Martha Steward gebruikt. Verder nog de French Pastry Doily uitgestanst uit wit Bazzill cardstock.

Voor vandaag heb ik weer een kaartje met het Maja Design papier! Hoop dat het jullie nog niet verveeld... heb er namelijk nog lang niet genoeg van..dus er komen zeker nog meer kaarten...lol...

For today I have another card with the Maja Design Papers. Hope it doesn't boring you... because I want to make a lot more cards with these gorgeous papers.. lol.. You will see them soon!

Ik heb de volgende papieren gebruikt uit de Life in the Country serie:I have used the next papers from the Life in the Country collection:

* Summer Breeze

* Sowing Seeds

* Close to the Lake

Het afdrukje is van Magnolia, Tilda in Summer Rain. Langs het afdrukje heb ik wat swirls gestempeld.
De doily is de Kiwi Spirit Doily van Cheery Lynn Designs en de randpons is van EK-success, de Pattern Circles.

De vlinders zijn Creatables van Marianne Design, net als de Decorative Elegance.

The flowers I uses are from Prima Marketing and from my own stash.

The butterflies are Creatables from Marianne Design, same as the Decorative Elegance.

Ik heb het afdrukje ingekleurd met Distress inkt en Aquamarkers om zo dicht mogelijk bij de kleur van het papier te komen.

I coloured my image with Distress ink and Aquamarkers to come as nearest by the colour from the design papers.

Aquamarkers:

* Frost Blue

* Twilight Blue

* Lamp Black

HobbyZine 6 - Stempel special

De nieuwe HobbyZine ligt weer in de winkels, dit keer helemaal in het teken van stempelen!!
Hij is echt super leuk geworden.
Ook zit er op de voorkant van het blad nog een gratis "Handmade by" stempeltje.

Ik werd gevraagd om 2 kaarten te maken met Penny Black stempels. Dit is mijn bijdrage geworden:

The new HobbyZine magazine is out!! This time it's about stamps. It's a very nice magazine.
On the front page you can find a free "Handmade by" stamp.

They asked me to make 2 cards with Penny Black stamps. This is my contribution:

Dit is de eerste kaart. Hiervoor heb ik de stempel Tweet Talk gebruikt, en scrappapier van The Girl's Paperie - Vintage Whimsy.Erachter heb ik nog een label gemaakt.

Voor vandaag staat hier een fijne dag op de planning, heerlijk!!! Nog geen idee wat ik allemaal gaan doen, wie weet vanmiddag nog wel weer een kaartje afwerken :)
